Vegetarian Class A (Indian Dishes)
Doess Indian cuisine only associated with oily food and heavy taste? To enjoy tasty yet healthy Indian dishes, our Indian teacher will share how to cook an everyday Indian set meal with less oil & extra freshness and share how to choose healthy & nutritious food which is good for both body and mind.
You will learn several healthy DISHES:

– Curry stir-fried vegetables
-Indian Rice
-Papad
-Dal
-Salad

Innovative recipes that imitate rice and noodles with commonly used vegetables – zucchini and cauliflower have became popular dishes among vegetarians, gluten allergic people, people on diet…Come and learn these two fast and easy dishes!
